Administrators are special users who administer the site. This means that they help maintain the website and enforce its rules. Administrators DO NOT police content other than acting on clear violations of the rules.
Administrators are not created automatically: administration privileges are granted by Bureaucrats. This is to protect the integrity of the website itself from malicious actors.
