Judicial Council

The Judicial Council sets directives and in exceptional cases hears referrals from the various higher appeal groups on this site, including the Extraordinary Appeals Group, the Special Privileges Appeal Group and the General Appeals Panel. For cases that we hear, we may refer decision to the Complaints and Appeals Panel.
